Bookings for the Kia Carens are now open; the vehicle will go on sale next month

Kia has relieved officially opened bookings for the Carens in India from today, with the booking amount price at Rs 25,000. Kia Carens car sale on next month (Feb), the consumer can be booking the MPV at Kia dealerships or on the company’s official website. The KIA Carens is a 4th model in India and will be manufactured here for both domestic and global markets export purposes.

What do we know?

In India, the Carens will be offered in five trim levels: Premium, Prestige, Prestige Plus, Luxury, and Luxury Plus. You can learn more about the features that each variation provides by clicking here. Depending on the version, the Carens will be offered in 6- and 7-seater configurations.

Notably, the Carens have the longest wheelbase in its class at 2,780mm. It’s also 40mm longer than the Ertiga and XL6 from Maruti Suzuki, and 20mm longer than the Hyundai Alcazar. In reality, the Carens have a 30mm larger wheelbase than the Toyota Innova Crysta. As a result, the Carens should provide enough legroom in both the second and third rows.

In the engine, the Carens get the choice of two petroleum and one diesel motor. The first is a 115hp, 144Nm, 1.5-liter normally suctioned petroleum motor, which will exclusively be presented with a 6-speed manual gearbox. Then, at that point, there’s the 140hp, 242Nm, 1.4-liter turbocharged petroleum motor that comes mated to either a 6-speed manual or a 7-speed DCT gearbox.

The diesel motor is a 115hp, 250Nm, 1.5-liter unit, and Kia offers it with either a 6-speed manual or 6-speed force converter programmed gearbox. These motor gearbox blends are equivalent to the ones presented on the Seltos.
